A health & fitness enthusiast with slanted eyes

I just wrapped up a very important conference meeting that ignited me to keep up my writing. I was feeling very lazy and started making up all kinds of excuses to skip the webinar and to put off writing this post till tomorrow. Many times that tomorrow never comes because in my mind, I deliberately avoid being specific about the tomorrow of which day. It is not that I lack writing skills either like I occasionally make myself believe. In reality I have to encounter my toughest opponent and obstacle - ME!

Anyhow, the timing with this very motivated athlete with slanted eyes was perfect as I needed a shot in the arm to keep looking for more health and fitness enthusiasts to interview.

Digging out his information was very interesting and particular because the nature of his competitive and demanding job requires him to be in good shape. Unlike other athletes and/or health and fitness enthusiasts that only work out because they like it or to be healthy. J. T. pointed out something that made me realize that we are all on the same boat: The biggest challenge he faces - Staying motivated at his age and thinking about the health risks entailed to aging.

Therefore, if you want it with your mind, body, heart and soul, YOU will make it happen. It doesn’t matter whether you’re black, white, short, tall, or if you have slanted or round eyes...
