Work and Business Ethics Manifesto

I’ve
had this thing for manifestos lately to the point that some ideas are floating
in my mind to create my own aligned to my ABC’s. If I understand correctly,
manifestos are to project our shared values. It is an outline of the morals, fundamentals, principles
and actions that will help us better make our interests parallel. So I found
this
“BIG”
means bigger than one person, one idea, one company
“BOLD”
is about confidence
1. Renounce the carbon offset
model.
2. Learn and improve the
tools of business.
3. Listen.
4. Build community.
5. Share stories.
6. Be patient
7. Do not engage in gossip
8. Be cordial and treat everyone equally
9. ALWAYS strive for better
Whatever you do, work
at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters;

“Real living is living for others.”
Realize that anything you want in life
can be obtained by helping others get what they want.
As long as it is for the good of God,
for the good of society, and for your own good.
