A Time for Everything

3 There is a time for everything,
    and a season for every activity under the heavens: 

²     a time to be born and a time to die,
    a time to plant and a time to uproot,
³     a time to kill and a time to heal,
    a time to tear down and a time to build,
⁴     a time to weep and a time to laugh,
    a time to mourn and a time to dance,
⁵     a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them,
    a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing,
⁶     a time to search and a time to give up,
    a time to keep and a time to throw away,
⁷     a time to tear and a time to mend,
    a time to be silent and a time to speak,
⁸     a time to love and a time to hate,
    a time for war and a time for peace.

A time to work and a time to play.

A time to reap and a time to sow.

A time to start and a time to end.

A time to shine and a time to contempt.

A time to help and a time to be helped.

A time to sing and a time to cry.

A time to thrive and a time to wither.

A time to awake and a time to sleep.

A time to laugh and a time to cry.

A time to hasten and a time to slow down.

A time to understand others and a time to be understood.

A time to give and a time to receive.

A time to reflect and a time to rebound.

a time to think and a time to create.

A time to shout and a time to be in silence.
A time to be thankful and a time to be regretful.

There comes a time for everything and it is your sole duty to find your purpose. If you can’t find your purpose, you MUST find your passion, for your passion will lead you right to your purpose.
