It depends whose hands it’s in…

I was handed this after mass today when I was on my way out to my car. Just what I needed as my mind is adrift trying to come up with the solution for this never-ending problem I am facing at this time and place.
Deep down I know that this shall pass because God will keep using me as his instrument to serve his purpose (not mine) while I keep learning his ways. 

A basketball in my hands is worth about $19.
A basketball in Michael Jordan’s hands is worth about $33 million.
It depends whose hands it’s in.

A baseball in my hands is worth about $6.
A baseball in Mark McGwire’s hands in worth about $19 million.
It depends whose hands it’s in.

A tennis racket is useless in my hands.
A tennis racket in Venus William’s hands is a Wimbledon Championship.
It depends whose hands it’s in.

A rod in my hands will keep away a wild animal.
A rod in Mose’s hands will part the mighty sea.
It depends whose hands it’s in.

A sling shot in my hands is a kid’s toy.
A sling shot in David’s hands is a mighty weapon.
It depends whose hands it’s in.

Two fish and 5 loaves of bread in my hands is a couple of fish
Sandwiches.
Two fish and 5 loaves of bread in God’s hands will feed thousands.
It depends whose hands it’s in.

Nails in my hands might produce a birdhouse.
Nails in Jesus Christ’s hands will produce salvation for the entire world.
It depends whose hands it’s in.

As you see now, it depends whose hands it’s in. So put your concerns, your worries, your fears, your hopes, your dreams, your families and your relationships in God’s hands because…

It depends on whose hands it’s in.

"La vida te desilusiona para que dejes de vivir de ilusiones y veas la realidad.
La vida te destruye todo lo superfluo, hasta que queda solo lo importante.
La vida no te deja en paz, para que dejes de pelearte, y aceptes todo lo que "Es."
La vida te retira lo que tienes, hasta que dejas de quejarte y agradeces.
La vida te envía personas conflictivas para que sanes y dejes de reflejar afuera lo que tienes adentro.
La vida deja que te caigas una y otra vez, hasta que te decides a aprender la lección.
La vida te saca del camino y te presenta encrucijadas, hasta que dejas de querer controlar y fluyes como río.
La vida te pone enemigos en el camino, hasta que dejas de “reaccionar”.
La vida te asusta y sobresalta todas las veces que sean necesarias, hasta que pierdes el miedo y recobras tu fe. 

La vida te quita el amor verdadero, no te lo concede ni permite, hasta que dejas de intentar comprarlo con baratijas. 
La vida te aleja de las personas que amas, hasta que comprendes que no somos este cuerpo, sino el alma que él contiene.
La vida se ríe de ti tantas veces, hasta que dejas de tomarte todo tan en serio y te ríes de ti mismo.
La vida te rompe y te quiebra en tantas partes como sean necesarias para que por allí penetre la luz. 

La vida te enfrenta con rebeldes, hasta que dejas de tratar de controlar. La vida te repite el mismo mensaje, incluso con gritos y bofetadas, hasta que por fin escuchas.
La vida te envía rayos y tormentas, para que despiertes.
La vida te humilla y derrota una y otra vez hasta que decides dejar morir tu EGO.
La vida te niega los bienes y la grandeza hasta que dejas de querer bienes y grandeza y comienzas a servir.

La vida te corta las alas y te poda las raíces, hasta que no necesitas ni alas ni raíces, sino solo desaparecer en las formas y volar desde el Ser.
La vida te niega los milagros, hasta que comprendes que todo es un milagro.
La vida te acorta el tiempo, para que te apures en aprender a vivir.
La vida te ridiculiza hasta que te vuelves nada, hasta que te haces nadie, y así te conviertes en todo. 
La vida no te da lo que quieres, sino lo que necesitas para evolucionar.
La vida te lastima, te hiere, te atormenta, hasta que dejas tus caprichos y berrinches y agradeces respirar.
La vida te oculta los tesoros, hasta que emprendes el viaje, hasta que sales a buscarlos.
La vida te niega a Dios, hasta que lo ves en todos y en todo.
La vida te acorta, te poda, te quita, te rompe, te desilusiona, te agrieta, te rompe ... hasta que solo en ti queda AMOR.”
